The festival kicks off on Friday with the Knights of Columbus serving their famous Spaghetti Dinner beginning at 5:00pm. Tables will be available or bring a blanket and picnic on the lawn! The menu will include salad, spaghetti (gluten-free available) with meat or vegetarian sauce, garlic bread, and a beverage. Desserts will be available for purchase at the Bake Sale Booth which will be located outside the Social Hall. Adult beverages available this year will include beer and cider on tap.
For your dining pleasure, Karaoke will be on the outside stage for all to show off their singing talent! Following dinner, around 7:30, a big screen will be set up for a movie on the soccer field. Bring your blankets and/or chairs to watch the movie in comfort. Popcorn, cotton candy, and drinks will be available for purchase for your full theater experience.
Saturday, the festival will continue at 10:00 am on the back parking lot and lawn with food, entertainment, children’s carnival-style games, inflatables, popcorn, cotton candy, Kona Ice, and a prize booth from 10am-4pm. The Knights of Columbus (KOC) Grill Masters will man the American Grill serving hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries. The Hispanic Ministry will serve the best homemade tamales, carne asada, chorizo, tacos al pastor, and rice and beans. Team Irish returns this year cooking their famous brats, kraut, and potato salad! Soft drinks and water will be available from the food vendors. The Sisters will be back with some of their delicious sweets! Come watch some football at the Bier Garden starting at 11:00! The KOC will hold their annual soccer shoot-out challenge from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on the St. Mary’s Soccer Field, and we will be bringing back our creative corner for face paints and hair designs! The White Elephant will be open and will also host a fashion show at noon! This year we will have a hayride, pumpkin patch, and photographer for family pictures (pre-registration required, see link above)! There will be a car show on the lawn, and a full line-up of live entertainment!
