The Ascension of the Lord will be celebrated at this weekend’s Masses on May 11-12. 

A very Happy Mother’s Day to all.  Whether a mother by birth or by circumstance, we celebrate with you the beauty of nurturing a child and the gift of love you share with them. 

Medical Mission to Ghana:  The collection for over-the-counter medications for Father John Appiah’s medical mission trip to Ghana is on-going now until May 12th.  A basket is in the back of the church for donations. 

Job Opportunities:  St. Mary’s Parish is currently accepting applications for 2 full time employees: a Facilities Team Member/Handyman and Parish Office Secretary.  A summary of these positions, qualifications, and instructions on applying can be found in the bulletin. 

8th Grade Graduation:  A graduation Mass will be celebrated on May 18, 2024 at 11:00 am for the St. Mary’s School 8th grade students. A reception for the graduates and their guests will be held in the Social Hall following Mass. 

2024 High School Graduates will be recognized at the 10:30 am Mass on Sunday, May 19th.  Graduates are asked to RSVP to Kristen Walsh, Youth Minister, at or by calling the church office at (865) 482-2875.   

WEAR RED for Pentecost:  In honor of this joyous occasion, it is popular tradition to wear red to Mass, to signify the presence of the Holy Spirit in our community and our unity in Christ. 

KoC Breakfast next Sunday, May 19th after the 8 am and 10:30 am Masses.  $6 per person or $20 for a family of 4 or more.
