St. Joseph Food Pantry is operated by St. Mary’s Conference of St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP). SVdP is a network of friends, inspired by Gospel values, growing in holiness and building a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need. The primary mission of St. Mary’s SVdP is operation of the St. Joseph Food Pantry (SJFP). Through generous donations and partnerships, SJFP distributes food on most Wednesdays from 10 – 11:45 am. Neighbors can come once every four weeks. In addition to providing three bags of groceries, SJFP provides additional food and hygiene products as available e.g., milk, fresh produce, laundry and dish soap, hygiene products, diapers, wipes. We maintain a supply of tinned meats and other types of products for our clients who are homeless and do not have access to cooking facilities. SVdP makes home visits to clients who are unable to come to the pantry due to a physical handicap.
