Get Excited!!

It’s Fall Festival time again!! The 73rd Annual St. Mary’s Fall Festival will be held Friday and Saturday, October 20th and 21st.  The Festival kicks off with the Knights of Columbus Spaghetti Dinner on Friday evening at 5pm.  Like last year, diners will collect their spaghetti dinner by processing through the cafeteria line in the Social Hall kitchen and then exiting the building to sit at available tables outside or bring a blanket and picnic on the lawn.  The menu will include salad, spaghetti (gluten-free available) with meat or vegetarian sauce, garlic bread, and beverage.  Desserts will be available for purchase at the Bake Sale Table which will be in the Social Hall.  Adult beverages this year will include beer and cider on tap.

Saturday, the Festival will continue in the back parking lot and soccer field with food, live music and dance performances, children’s carnival-style games, inflatables, popcorn, Kona Ice, and a prize booth from 10am-4pm.  The Knights of Columbus (KOC) Grill Masters will man the American Grill serving hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries.  The Hispanic Ministry will serve the best homemade tamales; carne asada, chorizo, or al pastor tacos; and rice and beans.  Team Irish returns this year cooking their famous brats, kraut, and potato salad! And the Sisters will again treat us with their delicious baked goods (get there fast, they sell out quickly)! Soft drinks and water will be available from the food vendors.  The Beer Garden will open at 11:00 on Saturday with the football game on the big screen.  Several local craft vendors will be onsite, the White Elephant will be open (and host the Fashion Show again!), and the Car Show will be on the front lawn. All will be encircled by the FREE hayride to the pumpkin patch!
