Fall Festival Mission Statement

The St. Mary Parish & School Fall Festival is a community event designed to invite and welcome both our members and the public in order to reach towards the goal of becoming “perfectly one” in the Spirit of Christ.

 

70th Annual Fall Festival!

Rather than the traditional Spaghetti Supper followed by a day of food, fun, and festivities, the 70th annual Fall Festival will be a series of events occurring between September 16 and October 31, 2020

Festival events will include both on-line Virtual Events and Outdoor Events that follow/exceed all of the recommended health and safety procedures to protect against the spread of the virus.  The planning committee is seeking inspiration, innovation, and new ideas. 

We need your help filling various volunteer positions particularly photographers, videographers, website designers, and social media gurus.  For the time being, all Fall Festival meetings will be held via video conference on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm.  If you have questions or would like to participate, email SEC@stmarysoakridge.org to be sent the link to the meetings.

Join us as we kick off our SMS online auction Wednesday September 16th at 3:00 pm.  Pre-order a delicious “made from scratch” spaghetti dinner and homemade dessert (complete with dinner table bouquet while supplies last!) to pick up on the afternoon of Friday the 25th of September.  Enjoy your meal at home and place your final bids while the clock ticks down to 10:00 pm – the end of the auction!  All proceeds benefit St. Mary’s School.

The Drive-Thru Spaghetti Dinner is currently accepting pre-orders at a discounted price.  Click the Link to the left to order on-line or print the PREORDER FORM and turn it in to the school or church office with payment.  There will be 3 pick-up times for the spaghetti dinners:

2:30 – 3:30pm             School Families/Carline Pick-up

4:30 – 5:30pm             Pre-orders from the parish and community

5:30 – 7:00pm             Open Sales
