The White Elephant Thrift Store is a St. Mary's ministry founded over 6 decades ago by
volunteers committed to meeting the needs of our Parish and surrounding community. Our goal
is to improve the lives of families and individuals by offering affordable or if necessary, free of
charge gently used and new clothing, shoes, housewares, linens, home decor, sports
equipment, toys, jewelry, books, and small furniture , as well as, Catholic and Christian gifts and
merchandise.
Every week our dedicated volunteers donate their time receiving, sorting, organizing,
pricing, stocking, and displaying donated items for sale in our store. We welcome everyone to
come and shop in a fun and friendly environment!
We are committed to "Recycle, Renew, Reuse" and work in cooperation with other
charities and recycle centers including Habitat for Humanity, Holiday Bureau, Noble Metals, and
others to help ensure unwanted items do not end up in our landfills.
As a non-profit ministry our efforts not only benefit our surrounding community and their
families, but also helps support our valued youth programs and our Parish school.
We are grateful for all who shop, donate, and volunteer.
Our ministry would not exist without you!
Thank You and God Bless!
